ANNOUNCEMENT 

Hi Everyone! We have some sad but exciting news to share with you! Peartree Bakehouse is moving! We wanted to take this moment to say a huge thank you to all of our wonderful customers, all the regulars who we love to see every week, and to the whole local community who gave us so much support over the last few months! While we are so sad to be saying goodbye to Wimbledon, we are excited for the future and to start our new journey in Torquay, Devon! We have an amazing opportunity to expand into bigger professional premises and hopefully one day we plan to open to the public - so maybe we will see you in person on your holidays to the seaside next year! Sadly we won’t be accepting anymore orders while we begin the long packing process... We hope that you have enjoyed all the buns and brownies and treats these past months and look forward to sharing the next stage of our journey with you all!

My Story

After years of being a passionate home baker, I finally undertook a professional chef diploma at White Pepper Chef Academy (voted Best Cookery School in the UK 2018). Since then I have worked all around the world, as a private chef to the rich and working as a luxury chalet chef in the Alps. All of this experience has taught me one important lesson - the best baking starts with the best quality ingredients. With this core principle, I founded Peartree Bakehouse to share my creations.


We use the finest ingredients we can source, such as - locally milled organic flour, from Shipton Mill, free range organic eggs and Callebaut beliguim chocolate - creating the finest baked goods for you to enjoy at home.
